I love their baked potatoes. When we arrived on Sunday rather late in the morning, I immediately asked my server about their availability. He was so great. He ran back and looked and I got the last one. Really nice employees

I went to Hole in the Wall BBQ today -- Mothers Day. The service was excellent. The food however was disappointing. I was looking forward to the Mothers Day brunch , I had called in advance inquiring about the menu and was assured the variety of delicious entrees offered would suite our foodie palettes. Normally , when ordered off the menu, the food is extraordinary but today the Mothers Day brunch was sub par to say the least , especially for the $100 dollar bill for 5. Absolutely wonderful service! Kim was amazing and always smiling..... Prime Rib was wonderful. As the owner of eating establisments, it's refreshing to find a place with such wonderful employees. Great job Hole in the Wall BBQ!
The tri tip is absolutely amazing! There's a great party room area in the back in the Springfield location. Great staff and great food. Huge portions!
Worst service worst fucking food and the cunt waitress asked me and my buddy if we needed refills and not the lady with us. Didn't give us silverware. Coffee had grounds in it on top of it tasting like shit. That is all.
