I just ordered a burger medium and received a burnt, brown burger. I sent it back and the chef sends out a burger that was raw. As I walked out the restaurant the cook stairs with a dirty face and smirks. Obviously I didn’t eat the raw burger. Who knows what he did!!!!!
Never had any problem with food or service at any of the locations I've eaten at. When it's busy we order a pitcher of beer, chat and all of a sudden our food arrives. Guess some people are just too impatient and want instant gratification. Staff are always great, friendly. Have ordered to go several times, never had any issues with that either.
