I can’t rate their services because the front desk person can’t seem to verify my insurance I called my insurance and verified they are covered under my plan and that I gave them the correct billing information also it is very hard to get thru to them all calls go to voicemail
I can’t rave about Dr M enough. She is amazing and easy to deal with.
Haven't even been seen here yet to know I don't want to come here. It took over a month for anyone to ever reach out to me even after I called several times to even try and get a hold of anyone, finally ended up just leaving a message. It shouldn't take mental health professionals over a month from receiving a referral to finally reach out. Once I finally was reached out to by someone, the receptionist was rude enough for me to not even move forward with scheduling. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was covered by wounded warrior financially, but what still asked to pay for 4 dollar app called butorfly. When I expressed my distaste for the method and that I am already paid for and the money Scott Thompson complained about his business being small.
