Our mother was under Angel Hands Hospice care and passed away just before 6:00 a.m. today. By 1:10 p.m. an Angel Hands representative was knocking on our door requesting their equipment. While I am aware there are probably other people in need of the equipment, sending a person to retrieve it the same day is an insult to our entire family. With grieving loved ones of the deceased in the room the representative disassembled the bed and made numerous trips in and out of her room. No apology was given.
