Daisy Had mechanical work done and felt scammed. Did not make appropriate repairs, but charged me $1500 for work that did not necessarily need to be done. When I called them about it, the response was "That's not my job to inform you". Even told me I needed a new a/c compressor at the cost of $1000, when I only needed refrigerant that a more reputable mechanic performed. Very poor customer service after the fact.

We traveled through the Atlanta airport for our honeymoon and upon return, found that our VW Passat had a flat, while parked in a long-term parking lot. We had to make the 4 hour drive back to Nashville that night and asked the parking attendant for a place to get the tire fixed. We were referred to Holder Tire and when we pulled up at 7:30, the owner was just about to lock the door and told us that they normally closed at 5:30. Fantastic Service! – I moved to Atlanta from Charlotte six years ago as a Senior Manager for Wachovia Bank. Shortly after my move, I discovered Holder Automotive and have not taken my cars to be serviced anywhere else. I believe in buying good cars and keeping them for a long time. Holder Automotive helps me do that. They have the equipment, technology, and expertise all the car dealers have but at a more affordable price. Holder Tire is a class act and a great service to the commun – John and Kevin are like family, and family takes care of family. Never mind they know what they are doing, they also know their customers by name as well as their vehicles. I have worked near Hartsfield for over fifteen years; I’ve been taking my vehicles to Holder for an equal length of time.
