They were hired by Lennar to install our HVAC system 2 years ago. We have literally had them out more than 20 times (a different technician each time) and each time the “band aids” that they would put on would cause a problem somewhere else. They finally admitted that the entire system was installed incorrectly (after we reported them to the BBB) and had to rip out the entire thing out and put it all back together. I have documented my two-year struggle with Holder with the BBB, but the short version is that they installed a Trane system in our house. It broke down quickly and frequently. They came back every time it broke down to get it going again, but after a suspicious amount of visits we called in for a second opinion. His first reaction was, "Trane is a great system.
