Greatest pharmacy and the quickest around and not to mention the nicest family working there wouldn't go anywhere else
They are great! Stopped to pick up some scripts and had a new one to get filled. I was asked if I wanted to wait which I did. Total time from pulling up to window and leaving....6 minutes. Can't get that kind of customer service at any other pharmacy in Frankfort. Won't go any place else.
I transferred all my prescriptions to Holden as soon as they opened. I have never had to more than 5 minutes to have anything filled, and they frequently fill while I'm waiting in the drive-thru. Always so pleasant and accommodating, basically willing to do everything they can to make getting our scripts easy and stress free, the exact opposite of the other pharmacies in town. You can tell they care about their customers. Love love love Holden Pharmacy!!!
