Dr. Novak and staff were professional as always.
I had my first appointment at Holden Dental this week. I was so happy with the time they devoted to me. Their initial exam is so thorough. They started off taking my blood pressure. After that, I had xrays, pictures done with a scope of the teeth, a picture of what I look like, a periodontal exam, and lastly a cancer screening. I also had a cleaning and met with the dentist who discussed what was going on with my teeth and next steps. It took about 1 1/2 hours. I really felt like they cared. I am a new patient and can't say enough about my first experience. From the minute I called to schedule my appointment I was so happy. The front office staff is fabulous! Always a pleasure :) Dr Novack is always friendly and concerned as he is busy with the procedure.
I had a pleasent visit, Staff was great. The Dr was informative and helpful. Prescription for an anti biotic and pain killer was given. I am currently in pain due to not being able to take the prescribed pain medication as it causes me to have extreem itching. Glad I have an appointment tomorrow at 6:15 P.M.
