I toured the Memory Care of this community and was very impressed. It was warm, engaging, beautiful and clean. The staff were welcoming, competent and showed a genuine care for the residents. I would not hesitate to place a loved one here.

We just had the most fantastic dining experience ever. The program was inspired by Shawn, the Watermark executive manager, truly a top notch presentation ! We give the chef and the staff a standing ovation ! We can't thank them enough !
We found the staff and personnel at the Watermark to be exceptional. They managed to transition a close family member into a memory care apartment within a matter of days, moved all of his personal effects, met with his attending physician, and otherwise facilitated the transition with grace, patience and enthusiasm. Received a tour of The Watermark in Bellevue and it is absolutely beautiful! It is so warm and inviting. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The meal in the restaurant was delicious and Chef Sam is wonderful. All the staff members make you feel special as they know your name and cater to your preferences.
