Since my mom’s fall and back broken and surgeries, she moved into Watermark’s assisted living facility. She has been staying there for three months. The Watermark reversed their approval for my family member to move in—literally while movers were en route—without providing any explanation for the sudden change. This caused significant disruption and expense for our family. More concerning is their approach to memory care: they appear to prefer only low-needs residents, which defeats the entire purpose of a memory care facility. We had a fantastic time at The Watermark this week! From the moment we pulled up, the valet and front desk staff provided excellent service. The facility itself is stunning - bright, clean, and exuding the charm of a grand hotel rather than an institution. The staff truly make The Watermark special. I have a friend who moved here and she is so pleased with the staff, the food, the activities and the social structure there. My club was able to hold a luncheon there and everything was wonderful. The Watermark decorated, catered to our needs and generously served the best food I have ever experienced at an event like this. Their awards are well earned.
Had a most wonderful luncheon at Watermark Bellevue yesterday! The experience was first class starting with the valet service on to the wait staff and of course the food service. The meal was beyond expectations. Not a complaint from anyone. Just the most positive comments from attendee ever.
