I called on Tuesday complaining of pain. They got me an appointment for the next day. Being a new patient I was thrilled. I had been turned away by 2 other dentists in Holden. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Novack was very thorough and took the time to look at every possible reason why I had pain in my lower jaw. He referred me to a specialist. The receptionist took care of booking the appointment for the next day. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Holden Dental.
Dr Novack is the first dentist I don’t mind going to. Listens well and explains to my level. Jen is wonderful she is polite,courteous and empathetic. She does a great job cleaning my teeth!
