As always, I received excellent care and treatment at Holden Dental Care. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, from Barbara and Alex, who take care of reception, billing and scheduling (and probably so much more), to my hygienist, Jen, and Dr. Sanan. Thanks, everyone!
The team at Holden Dental is outstanding. From routine cleanings to fillings to repair work, Dr Novack and Dr Sanam are fantastic! And since COVID it takes a village with scheduling, rescheduling and office cleaning constantly, I always feel safe to go in there for a procedure. And thank you for always answering the phone!
Since I've been a recent new patient at Holden Dental, I've been so impresssed by the teamwork from all the staff members. They each play a role that seems to overlap which to me means they work together extremely well. My experience has been that everyone participates making the flow of each visit go very smoothly for the patient. Always pleasant, informational (I ask a lot of questions for my own learning), helpful and just plain NICE! Thank you.
