Always a pleasure are usually not words one would use to describe any kind of Dr. visit, especially the Dentist. But when you're warmly greeted, taken in within one minute of sitting, and deemed healthy for another 6-12 months, it really is a pleasure to visit. Its more like catching up than anything else. The office is warm and cozy and staff are all friendly and professional.
My family & I have been seeing Dr. Novack and his team for years. They are always very easy to work with, extra professional and super friendly. Which makes the exceptional service they provide all the better because it's not always easy dealing with flexible schedules and varied dental needs. We have never been unhappy and are always truly thankful for the care this team provides.
Jen was very caring. She listens and is very gentle when she does the cleaning. She explains every procedure and answers ever question with knowledge and compassion.
Your dental office provides the best customer service and the friendliest atmosphere of any dental office. The staff is courteous, supportive and understanding. I would confidently recommend your office to anyone. And Dr Novak does the best work.

Best teeth cleaning ever.
Everyone in the office is very pleasant. Each staff member, technician and the Doctor took the time to explain everything they were doing and why. They also took time in answering questions and concerns. It has been the best dental experience I have had.
