K We have bought eight pieces of furniture and numerous accessories from Hold it and have always had good service when buying however when the furniture has broken that has been a different story. We had an office chair break after 1 year and this was replaced however the replacement broke after 18 months and we were told that nothing would be done. BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND I almost allowed this company to send me to a bad place. But I'm better than that. I will say, we went into this store, pay for a product and was told 2-4 weeks for delivery. Over 9 weeks later, we still haven't received it. We've experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever had and we will not be going back to this store. BAD SERVICE I think this place has high end fruniture with HORRIBLE personnel. I have bought several items from the store. The largest being an itallian leather couch. It cost $5,500 and took 4 months to recieve it. The owner ended up waiving the delivery which was appreciated. I called several times because it was really hard going 4 months withough a couch. Awful Customer Service!!! I love the furniture here but have been totally put-off by HoldIt due to the horrible customer service. They are extremely helpful to you before the sale. Once you've paid for it, they don't treat you well at all. We were told that the display furniture we purchased would be safely wrapped in bubble-wrap. When we went to pick it, there was no wrapping at all. Their excuse they ran out of bubble-wrap!!! If we were only told, we would have picked up our own packaging when we rented the truck. Great Furniture, Great Quality I am a frequent shopper at Hold It Furniture & wanted to put my 2 cents in on some of the comments I saw about them being overpriced. First of all, if you find out who the manufacturer is of the piece(s) of furniture you like from Hold It, you can Google them & see other places on the web that sell the same brand of furniture. Nice but pricey, better places then this out there I just moved here from Canada and I am a shopper with EQ3 which is a lot like Hold It San Diego, but Hold it really pricey. I wanted a new couch and table and to my surprise a couch there would set you back a few grand!! the same couch at EQ3 Canada would be $800. I think hold it is a great but way too pricey, I feel they are taking advantage of the customers.

VERY unusual furniture! From contemporary Scandinavian design to outright ultra-modern, this may not be for everyone, but if your taste runs in this direction you'll love this place. Definitely several steps above IKEA, ahead of Plummers in overall quality, but not as intimidating in price as Lawrance. Features an extensive assortment from Club 8, most of which is customizable.
