I chose them after watching them do work in the neighborhood. They looked like they knew what they were doing. They do, especially when it comes to charging a ridiculous amount of $ for light pruning with a pole pruner. Next to *no* aerial work. I was specific about wanting small, new limbs that were nearing or overhanging power lines to be cut down-- I *didn't care* about how balanced or aesthetic it looked to the boss. My tree. Long time neighborhood institution. Great work at a fair price.
I've patronized this business for over 30 years. Very conscientious. Never had an issue that wasn't immediately addressed. Would rate higher, but there's only 5 stars.
