I've been with Holcomb since May 23 2023. I have all services (ICM therapy and medication management) very good with matching me with the staff that's been helping me get my life on track. Scheduling is never an issue for any service. I feel heard and understood. The only thing I wish they had was a trauma therapy so I could have my daughter receive amazing care like I do. Shout-out to Alyssa, my ICM, Dan, my therapist and Charlene my Dr!
I have been working with the company and the same ICM, Alyssa, for over a year for sure maybe almost 2. I don’t have any complaints. If I need her in a crisis I send a text or call the after hours number for help. During our time together we work on the necessary things to help me better function in every day life with friends family, social situations…. And so many other ways where I may need the help.
