was a little upset on the fact the DA wasnt very gentle this time and made me feel like I was doing something wrong ,I floss everyday and brush 3x a day. Iam just 16 yet felt bad about myself upon leaving.. past times I have been in there was never an issue and was quite happy ,also being told I didnt know what i was talking about concerning x rays was disheartening
Was warmly welcomed as soon as I arrived and ask if I was TA and I replied that I was and was then asked if I would like to write on forms, or type out the forms. I chose typing and when I completed was wisked away by two professionals to my room. They spoke with me and checked my mouth, offered some suggestions...etc. Next appointment I will see the Dentist I need to discuss my situation in more deepth, as she is the one who specializes in my type situation and will be able to take care of addressing my needs. I was taken relatively on time, greeted warmly, had my teeth cleaned efficiently and professionally. Dr. Gallagher' s assessment was brief and helpful.
Employees are always so friendly and always professional.
As one who "fears" going to the dentist, the staff at Holbrook Dental, alleviated all concerns. I felt comfortable from the moment the receptionist welcomed me, to the assistants, and Doctor Salem, I felt special and not just "patient #??" I would highly recommend Holbrook Dental.
Love Dr. Salem and her crew! They are so personable and make you feel so comfortable.
