Always went to the competition on Lakeland for years and was always very happy with service. Went 2 weeks ago,paid $26 for wash (car not suv)and it looked almost as dirty coming out as going in.I was surprised that they didn't vacuum interior since it was full service. Tried Holbrook car wash which was a few dollars more but car looked amazing. I was so happy that I came back over weekend with both suv's. So disappointed . It's under new ownership I go to get the titanium package for basically 40 dollars thinking I'll get what should be worth 40 dollars .. Nope get in my truck and there's still dust everywhere so I complain to the guy and he replies " it's a car wash not a detail job " so your telling me for 40 dollars I should leave with DUST still all over the inside of my truck ?! My boyfriend went here for a full cash wash a few months again n wasn't happy with the outcome. we decided to give them another chance today with my truck and once again not happy at all. After waiting an hour my jeep was finally done, we go to look and and things weren't vacuumed or wiped down. Still sand in the crack and on the mats, cup holders and door handles dirty. Awesome car wash when it's not busy. If it's busy line it was last week when I went and my car didn't even look like it was clean. I've been there when it is not busy and they do a great job.
was there sunday, crap job, and also put 2 tears in leather seat, and scratched door which they did compound out, but denied tears were them. owner is a real jerk,with no respect for customers.
