For 3 years I have been bringing the same three jeeps here and all three have the EXACT same make, model, and size tires but today I was turned away because my tires are too big, we even pulled up the the wash and proved I would fit. I showed both attendants pictures of my Jeep in front of their wash after being cleaned and his exact response was “You liar,” so now you lose every vehicle I own, work on, and anyone I can deter from using you guys I will.

Excellent service, my car never looked so clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. They’ll be seeing me quite often
Worst EVER!! Then when you speak with staff about being dissatisfied, instead of taking care of the customer..wait for it....they along with orhers stalk your FB page stalk/ harass/belittle women and children with their vile mouths!! Time for the Better Business Bureau!! Touch of Class in Smithtown is the only way to go....NO CLASS AT THIS TRASHY PLACE AND THEIR TRASHY STAFF!
Too bad I cant give less than a 1 star rating. Horrible service and a horrible management team. There is no respect at this car wash. Sara, the manager was extremely rude to my family, she yelled at my family on the phone and then hung up on us. After, she continued to start a facebook fight with my family and I. The immaturity level of these workers is outrageous. NEVER GOING BACK. Horrible place and horrible service. Dont waste your money.
