I went to Hola Arepa for the first time tonight (Wed Dec 23 around 10 PM). It wasn't very busy at all. The food was wonderful, the service astoundingly deplorable. Our waiter (listed as "Nick V" on our receipt) had absolutely no time for us. It was a Herculean effort to get his attention. And then when we did get his attention he would literally rush off saying that he would put the initial order (before we could complete the order).
