⭐️ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing and Humiliating Experience The hostess and the waitress were great. It was the owner of this establishment that blew the situation up quickly. Therefore, I gave the food in the service four stars. I am writing this review because I truly believe customers should know what happened to us at Hokkaido in Harrisonburg today. I have always loved this place! I’ve been coming here for years and the owner/manager and I know each other by name. I’ve never had a bad experience even and if anything has happened it was corrected and fixed. We love almost all the servers in there and one knows our order by heart when we walk in the door!
I have been going here for over two years now. I have been served food over 100 times and have never had any problems, all the servers do an amazing job every single time. No exceptions… Even one of the servers has our order memorized as soon as I walk in the door.
Okay food, but terrible service. Would recommend sushi village instead better food and staff is much friendlier + attentive. If you have 3 hours to spend waiting on food enjoy.
You can't beat the price. The food is delicious. But there is a weird smell in the place. It's a bit rough looking but the food is great
