Staff are rude and can't keep appointments. No follow up care. Regularly practices patient abandonment and will leave your teeth in worse shape.

Poor patient care. I had an abscess that needed to be addressed. Since it was the holiday weekend I went to Urgent care. I was prescribed an antibiotic and ibuprofen. Called the office on Monday to get an appt for Friday. By Wednesday I still didn't feel better, and I saw my pcp to get another rx of antibiotics. When I was able see the dentist, Dr William Lippert, he was very quick with me. He never sat down to examine my mouth. He took an xray and stated he saw an infection. Ruined my family's life. Complained to the Ohio State Dental board and sued. Visiting Dr. Gaston was the worst mistake of my life.

Dr. Snyder is wonderful. She has saved me money with her services, explained everything that was happening, and saved one of my children from an unwarranted filling. I will not go to another dentist again. I highly recommend her services.
Dr Snyder and her staff are the best. They make sure you are comfortable and provide the gentlest and most professional service I have received from any dental office previously. I highly recommend them to Ali my friends and family.

Hoke Road Dental is great. The staff was friendly and they were able to get me in that day. Dr. Snyder was gentle and made sure I felt no pain. I am glad to finally find a dentist.
