Staff are rude and can't keep appointments. No follow up care. Regularly practices patient abandonment and will leave your teeth in worse shape.
All went well. Very personal.
Poor patient care. I had an abscess that needed to be addressed. Since it was the holiday weekend I went to Urgent care. I was prescribed an antibiotic and ibuprofen. Called the office on Monday to get an appt for Friday. By Wednesday I still didn't feel better, and I saw my pcp to get another rx of antibiotics. When I was able see the dentist, Dr William Lippert, he was very quick with me. He never sat down to examine my mouth. He took an xray and stated he saw an infection. Ruined my family's life. Complained to the Ohio State Dental board and sued. Visiting Dr. Gaston was the worst mistake of my life.
