This is one of the most unprofessional landlords I have ever worked with. And I work with a lot! We ended up in the space because of an acquisition we did. The week after the transaction this landlord told us he wanted us out because he had somebody willing to pay more. Didn’t even ask us if we were interested. Since then he’s been a slumlord.
