Nice, quiet, and pretty mobile home community. Location is great, close to nice restaurants, Aldi, CVS, and more. The manager Sarah is a sweetheart and the property is well maintained. I noticed new LED lights are being installed at night; it feels so much better and safer.
Used to be an OK place, new management has it all messed up. The price goes up the potholes get deeper. They make it impossible for their current tenants to pay rent on time by launching a new payment program that never works. Overcharge on rent overcharge on water overcharge on all of it. I feel safe here, & that management is on top of its game. No hesitancy about recommending this oark to others.
The new management went up the price but didn’t make anything better. Snow was coming and no salt was being spread out. Even after the snow, no one calls anyone to shove all the snow away on the road. There is no way that you can reach to the manager or the owner. Money hungry people and irresponsible.
