I have been using hogg for nearly 10 years and when our furnace broke on Christmas day I called and got the most patronizing unhelpful person I actually cried when I got off the phone. He didn't seem to want to help at all and tried very hard to convince us to wait until Tuesday (4 days later) to even get a look at it. Truly I have never been treated like that before and it was a horrible experience.
Company, and its employees are fully racist. Avoid doing business with Hogg at all cost. There promise to show up on time is not worth the scrap of paper he wrote my quote on. Move on to a different company if u care about honesty and customer services
Heat gave out in the morning. I called Hogg and was able to get a serviceman out by afternoon. Glad I didn't have to wait too long! Luckily it was a fairly quick repair. I'm a single female and did not feel swindled or taken advantage of. Any time I've used Hogg the repair/maintenance price was reasonable. Note my furnace is closer to 30 yrs old! I know I need a new one, but the guys at least didn't try to pressure me into buying a furnace with them. They just repair and go on their way! Very helpful and professional!
