Hogan & Vest Inc has terrible customer service. I emailed and called too many times for simple requests. I am basically asking for notices (letters) if there is an rent increase. The first year of the rental increase I emailed a few people in the office and I had to do all the following up. I felt like it was glazed over because I was not arguing the increase and simply asking for a notice. The staff also got confused suggesting that I didn't understand the transaction fee of $2.49.
