Rick and Maria stayed with us through the entire process, assisting our family at every step along the way. They were knowledgeable in the area and answered every question we had. ☆☆☆☆ I paid $200 for a consultation, and the attorney told me he would follow up within a week. He never did. I sent multiple emails over the following months and never received a response. When I reached out again about an urgent matter, I was told the team would look into it. Despite five follow-up emails, I still haven’t heard back. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing.
I almost lost my case because of this office. I nearly missed a court hearing due to the staff’s lack of professionalism and poor communication. The attorney is excellent, but unfortunately the support team is extremely disorganized and gave me incorrect guidance. They failed to provide the help I needed at the most critical moment. I cannot recommend this office if your case requires reliable legal representation. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experien.
Very frustrated with this lawyers firm !! There was absolutely no professionalism; they took the money and didn't care about the client's dependence in this case in order to acquire their services to solve migration problems. TERRIBLE LAW FIRM
