I went there in 2018. 1 year later after I called multiple times asking for an update they said they sent the PD certification to the wrong office. 1.5 years later they sent the information to USCIS. Contacted the paralegal couple times and no updated on my case. On 2021 I asked if they submitted my work authorization and they said they did. In 2024 When I requested a copy of my file it turns out they filled a form incorrectly and they also failed to send the work authorization form with the initial application. They didn’t ... read more
