Driver delivery to Martins Supermarkets. Brings out produce late. Store employee sees the door latch on the back of the semi trailer not even latched. Female driver brought empty trailer to store without even checking her load. Check your CDL rules. Store employee calls their dispatch. Tells them this gals has messed up before. Always late.
