We were required by law to install a Backflow Preventer Valve. A list of plumbers were provided by the City of Kingston. 6 months ago we contacted Matt at Hogans to get the paperwork started. We only had until January 22nd...lots of time we thought. For the past month and a half we have attempted to contact them in person and through phone, without any return from their end. Today we found out from the City they had not even applied for the permit!!! Absolute GONG show. Don't even attempt to use this company to change a tap!... read more
We had a sticky situation with our kitchen sink. It took a lot longer then expected but handled with professionalism the entire time (which was well after regular work hours). We even had to have a hole had to be cut in our basement ceiling, which was located and cut with perfection. Great Service and I highly recommend Hogan Plumbing.
