This is the worst accountant I have ever dealt with. They do not ask questions to verify understanding; they just move forward with assumptions. We have requested advice on several occasions but did not receive proper guidance. They are late with deliverables. For 2 years in a row, I have received a refund check from the IRS for the entire amount I was told I owed for the year.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION & EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. If I could Give less stars I would. Absolutely AWFUL experience. Switched accountants, and told them the reason I was switching was because of the lack of communication from previous accountant. I didn’t think it could get any worse than the accountant I previously used, and unfortunately it became FAR worse. We had 2 business accounts and our personal taxes that we needed done. We paid to have a meeting October of 22’ before the year ended to make sure we had all of our ducks in... read more

Very happy with my experience with Hogan-Hansen. I switched from another accountant that would never give me the time of day or work with me on how to prepare better for the following year, I was a client there for 5 years. Stephenie was very pleasant to work with at Hogan-Hansen and met with me and was very helpful! Very happy we switched.
