Multiple cancelations from clinic with no explanation. They way overbook and have elderly folk's sitting around waiting for hours. Ridiculous🤮😡
They are extremely overbooked! When my daughter went there, she was told that her optic nerves were swollen and there was fluid behind her pupils. She was told she needed to see a Neuro Ophthamologist at Oschner's. The next day, she called Hogan's office to find out when the Oschner's appointment was set for. They told her "they'd get to it this week". Seriously?! She called the Neuro Ophthamologist at Oschner's herself and was told "until they get the fax from Hogan's office, they could not proceed". Great Dr. he helped my grandmother but the 3 hour wait time is ridiculous. Appointment was at 9 AM and was 12 PM before she was actually seen.
