visited Dr. Hogan this morning for a crown that had fallen off. It was easy to make an appointment. All of the staff were friendly and professional and extremely reassuring. Dr. Hogan explained the procedure clearly to me and painlessly reattached my tooth. Dr. Hogan is not only a fantastic dentist but also has a wonderful sense of humor. I would highly recommend him.
Disappointed
Let's talk about the most painful experience of my life, a root canal that took all afternoon and hurt months after. He refused to see me again and refused to prescribe me anything for the pain. Years later, I made amends and I played on his over40 baseball team. Fast forward to present time. His crown fell off and I took it to another dentist. He asked who did this to you? Great office and knowledgeable staff. Got an appointment same day for a toothache and was treated wonderfully. Would recommend this place to anyone!!

For being a "family dentist" he definitely has no bedside manner when it comes to children. I am absolutely disgusted at the rude comments from both him and his hygienist during my child's visit. As a pediatric health care provider myself, I would NEVER consider treating my patients the way that we were treated, no . I was referred by a dear friend whose children also go to Dr. Hogan, yet she never had issues. Just because my child is scared does not give you the right to treat us poorly.
Was referred to Dr. Hogan by a friend, who had nothing but good things to say. Both he and his dental hygienist had HORRIBLE bedside manner, mentioning several times that they were "only there until 5", making comments within earshot about how we would not be seen again and basically made me feel as if I was more of a burden to them than a patient that they cared for. The only person in the office with any manners was the receptionist. Would not recommend him to anyone.
