I was looking for a simple few bolts for my son Wilson’s Walmart bike bought new last year. Very specific. Dudes were busy as hell, but I told them my plight and after a bunch of trips to the used upstairs inventory, they returned with a used bmx stem full of the bolts that I needed. Charged minimal. Service was through the roof.

I brought my bike in for service, which was completed on time. An issue was discovered after the service and Hoff's went above and beyond to chase down the cause of the issue, find a replacement part for my bike so I can get out riding again. Bryce is really good, he has my trust. I'll be going back again.
