Terrible customer service Tech checked the washing machine said it had a bad board and they couldn’t fix it. Billed me $125. Left. I called Hoffman told of my experience. They emailed me information on a new washer they wanted to sell me. Never again

Vincente arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the service and parts required and quoted a price. It was a bit disappointing but understandable that the necessary part is not available for a week or so. All in all, a quick response for the day after Christmas.
