Alfred was great and very thorough. He explained everything in great detail.
He was able to determine the problem.
Brad was professional and knowledgeable.. He was focused on customer service and concerns. Thanks
I had an A/C system that was blowing cool but not cold. I made an online, same-day appointment, and the first tech was there in a couple of hours. He got the system working, but a replacement was needed. The project manager arrived less than an hour later, and we are scheduled for a replacement unit tomorrow morning.
Alfred was very nice and explained everything well.
