Dr Hoffman is average at best, but god her staff are awful. Anglelica is rude and incompetent. Mira, not ethical enough to return phone calls and give patients follow up appointments they need. They basically care about filling up their schedule with cosmetic procedures , rather than patients actually having derm problems.
My wife asked me to write a review, not about Dr. Hoffman because she thinks she is great but about her billing staff by the names of Danica and Lina - billing manager wouldn't even take her call and just told her call your ins co when the charge was wrong. Really unfair when office staff deem whatever they want to charge the patient and not even have the courtesy to inform them -
The best dermatologist I ve ever been to. She is very attentive, interested in solving the problem, never in a hurry no matter how booked up she is. She is also very good with treating cysts with cortisone shots, they disappear by the time I reach parking lot lol
