I had Hoffman Plumbing sent out to my house to replace a hose faucet in my back yard that has been leaking for some time. Steve was sent out to inspect and repair/replace my hose faucet. What a delight he was! A true gentleman who was very knowledgeable and also very prepared! My home has a special PEX type piping (so im told) that is no longer produced or sold, therefore making it very difficult to work on. Hoffman Plumbing was great! I called them because my mother in law, who lives out in Wellington, NV had a leak under her sink.. I was able to get her same day service! Our Technician was Steve L. He was so punctual! He called before hand to let us know he was on his way, but would be about an hour because he drove all the way out here from Carson City! I am a previous customer who had a good experience with Hoffman. I called and made an appointment a week out that was convenient for both of us. On the date of the appointment (2pm-5pm) Hoffman was a no show. I received a call from a tech at 7:50 pm. The tech asked if I still wanted him to come out. The tech said it was an after hour response and it would cost extra. I denied the response. The next day, after not hearing from Hoffman, I contacted them. We started a laundry room remodel several weeks ago and were waiting for cabinets and sink vanity to be installed. Once cabinets were done, Chaz with Hoffman Plumbing came out to install the sink and faucet. The team arrived on time, reviewed the needed work with us and did a great job with the install. They cleaned up afterwards, and left me with a beautiful new sink in my new laundry area. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work.
