Scheduled an appointment no one came out they double booked Strike one we called they said they would be out the next morning we waited 8-12 no one showed strike 2 then I left work early called them back just to be told they had no one working and no one was able to come out again strike 3 this is unprofessional we cleared our night to wait then cleared the next morning and here we are with the run around this is not ok will never use this company will never refer this company and will definitely tell people what happened to... read more

I had Hoffman Plumbing sent out to my house to replace a hose faucet in my back yard that has been leaking for some time. Steve was sent out to inspect and repair/replace my hose faucet. What a delight he was! A true gentleman who was very knowledgeable and also very prepared! My home has a special PEX type piping (so im told) that is no longer produced or sold, therefore making it very difficult to work on. Hoffman Plumbing was great! I called them because my mother in law, who lives out in Wellington, NV had a leak under her sink.. I was able to get her same day service! Our Technician was Steve L. He was so punctual! He called before hand to let us know he was on his way, but would be about an hour because he drove all the way out here from Carson City! When he showed up, he had tools in hand and got straight to work. He was so knowledgeable and was actually fun to talk with while he worked and My mother in law and I watched.... read more

I am a previous customer who had a good experience with Hoffman. I called and made an appointment a week out that was convenient for both of us. On the date of the appointment (2pm-5pm) Hoffman was a no show. I received a call from a tech at 7:50 pm. The tech asked if I still wanted him to come out. The tech said it was an after hour response and it would cost extra. I denied the response. The next day, after not hearing from Hoffman, I contacted them.
