I had originally given a 5 star review, however the service I'd purchased (a warranty on my water heater) required an annual service call. Now to maintain this warranty (that cost extra to buy), no answer, no good phone number, no returned online service requests....I think "ghosting" is the term....not a good business practice.

**DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR PLUMBING ISSUES!!** THEY WILL TRY TO SELL YOU MASSIVE JOBS FOR 10s OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIX WHAT YOUR ISSUE IS! THE ESTIMATER SHOWED UP, TATTOOS ALL OVER HIS FACE AND ARMS, PIERCINGS, YOU NAME IT.. TRYING TO SELL ME A REPIPE, WHEN ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A WATER HEATER QUOTE... Scheduled an appointment no one came out they double booked Strike one we called they said they would be out the next morning we waited 8-12 no one showed strike 2 then I left work early called them back just to be told they had no one working and no one was able to come out again strike 3 this is unprofessional we cleared our night to wait then cleared the next morning and here we are with the run around this is not ok will never use this company will never refer this company and will definitely tell people what happened to... read more

I had Hoffman Plumbing sent out to my house to replace a hose faucet in my back yard that has been leaking for some time. Steve was sent out to inspect and repair/replace my hose faucet. What a delight he was! A true gentleman who was very knowledgeable and also very prepared! My home has a special PEX type piping (so im told) that is no longer produced or sold, therefore making it very difficult to work on.
