THIS SITE IS A SCAM. Do NOT order from Hoffman Media. I ordered a Brenda Gantt book. It never came in the mail. I called to resolve the issue, the agent on the phone said that they would refund my money. They then proceeded to key it into the system that they refunded me, and they never gave me my money back. I called again to resolve the issue and get my money back. They said they never charged my account, which was a lie. I got my bank statement and they DID charge my account. This post is a deep regret of Hoffman Media Services. After placing a gift recipient subscription in December 2025, the order was a ghost in March of 2026. I would not recommend this third party disorganization. No stars!!!!

Terrible customer service. They do not answer on FB Messenger, they do not answer emails and good luck actually getting *anything* you order in any sort of timely fashion. The books and magazines are great - but *actually* getting them is a complete disaster. Their distribution manager and fulfillment house should be fired. Terrible.

I ordered Brenda Gantt’s third cookbook December 31. I just received it yesterday, January 11th. I read so many bad reviews I was a little nervous. Turns out everything went fine. I have nothing bad to say about Hoffman Media. Planning to order the other two cookbooks. Very pleased with this transaction.
