Dr.Karl & staff were amazing! It was my first time going to him & My appt. was to just check on a tooth that had just started to bother me. As it turned out the crown and root canal on this tooth, which I had done at a previous dentist a few years back ,was lifting and the tooth was rotted. It was infected and had to be extracted. Dr. Karl was so gentle with inserting the needles for the meds to numb the area that I didn’t even realize he was done. That usually is the worst part of any procedure. If I could give them zero stars I would. I saw Dr. Karl and a female hygienist with very short hair there a couple of years ago. The hygienist literally screamed in my face and made me feel terrible for not flossing and then her and the doctor lied to me and told me that I have 11 cavities. They then took me in an office and offered some financing options. First time in my life I'm having dental work done. I was a little apprehensive at first but the staff makes you feel safe and comfortable. Everyone has such bright personalities. Now I look forward to my dental visits!!!!
