Rick built a beautiful home at a good price but but his true self started to show the morning of our closing. The agreed upon changes were not complete, his realtor completed them for him. He cuts corners when building but he makes everything look really nice for purchase. Our concrete patio is 2 inches thick in some places, the corner of it broke the weekend after closing.
