I have lived in one of their mobile home parks for over 10 years. The rent goes up every year. They make more rules every year. The maintenance crew will come in your leases lot whenever they feel like it without any notice. It seems they pick and choose who they want to give park rule violations to. I have had things on my lot over 5 years and now they want it removed. But you can drive around and see the same thing on someone else's lot but they can keep it. I've been dealing with Steve Hoffman since me and my wife moved up from the City in 05 and bought two new homes from him sold them and moved to Secnectady and now I am back never had no problems out of his staff and I am glad to be back this is my 3 home take care of your lot and home and you will not have any problems out of him and his staff everyone has to follow rules and regulations and they are not in place just for a few people it's for the Hole park and our safety keep up the good work Mr Hoffman and Staff
