First off, Alec offer me a free month's lot rent if I posted a great review when I purchased 07/23 so I did. Ever since, Alec has lied about everything he stated at closing! We were told that we would be paying $610 a month on our contract. Not only have they raised my rent $55 and $55 more as of 01/25. They have now sent us a tax bill for $2008.00 to be paid on top of lot rent and are saying it was in the lease. My mother has lived her for 4 1/2 yrs and only pays$562 a month lot rent with no additional taxes and has the s... read more

I would like to thank Alec and his team for such a smooth purchase in the Saratoga Villas. We found that the crew there is easy to work with and helped us when we had closed on the house on a Friday afternoon and we ran out of propane. The propane company at the time would not help us and Hoffman homes made sure we had propane until we could get ours later the following week. The community is beautiful. Thanks for making things easy for us!

I live in Bluebird Terrace mobile home park ,located in the town of Moreau , Saratoga county. After I purchased the home, just under two years ago, we drove around the park, I burst into tears and did not want to live in such a horrible unkept place. It was to late, I already owned it. Within a year it was purchased by Hoffman homes.They already have removed 5 deserted mobile homes ,cut down many pine trees. BEWARE OF HOFFMAN HOMES-ANYWHERE. Hoffman homes stalks the residents of their properties. They check up on you every single week. They send you threatening emails and letters. If your yard has a single bicycle in it beware. If you have a cat that isn't on their registry beware. If you don't cut your grass or move your trash cans immediately beware. I have lived in one of their mobile home parks for over 10 years. The rent goes up every year. They make more rules every year. The maintenance crew will come in your leases lot whenever they feel like it without any notice. It seems they pick and choose who they want to give park rule violations to. I have had things on my lot over 5 years and now they want it removed. But you can drive around and see the same thing on someone else's lot but they can keep it. I've been dealing with Steve Hoffman since me and my wife moved up from the City in 05 and bought two new homes from him sold them and moved to Secnectady and now I am back never had no problems out of his staff and I am glad to be back this is my 3 home take care of your lot and home and you will not have any problems out of him and his staff everyone has to follow rules and regulations and they are not in place just for a few people it's for the Hole park and our safety keep up the good work Mr Hoffman and Staff
