I’m doing a probate case with them. I’ve been asking for over a month now for a list of debts for the estate. Sherri will not return emails. I’ve gotten through on the phone they said she needed bank statements which I provided. 2 1/2 weeks later still no response. I would not recommend their firm.
I have a close friend of over 50 years that has been trying to get her estate in order and get her final will and testament and power of attorney completed while she has been very ill with Parkinson's disease and declining rapidly. I took her to meet with Mr. Hoffman 6 months ago and I have been trying to assist her during the last 2 months to get Hoffman and Hoffman to send her legal documents to sign via a mobile notary. It was the most fantastic experience. From start to finish I was given information in a clear and informative way. All my questions were answered respectfully and with patience. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite, professional, and caring.
