Hoffman's were efficient and professional, and were able to assist with financing when our furnace broke down. i would definitely recommend this organization.
Hoffman Heating & Cooling came out immediately, and had the furnace up and running quickly with minimum service charge, and labor to install warranty covered parts. So friendly yet professional.
They do great work, and help trouble shoot items.
Great company and great people to work with! We had a heating emergency and Hoffman was able to come through for us. We noticed our furnace was on the fritz on a Tuesday morning, and Hoffman had a technician out to our house with in hours. After discussing things with the tech, we decided a new furnace was necessary. A new furnace was installed Thursday of that same week. Two days from broken furnace to brand new, installed furnace!!
Had our ac looked at recently they added a pound of freon and it worked again for a week till the freon leaked back out. I don’t know why a leak test wasn’t done before having to add a pound. I could understand just adding freon if it was only a few ounces low with out a leak test. Called and talked to them and they recommended just getting a new air conditioner. If we do need one after having to pay for another service call, we sure won’t be getting it from Hoffman’s!
If your furnace breaks down on a weekend , then this is the Go To place. They have an answering service and they will get right back to you. They will not Take advantage of your situation and tell You just what you need and Not try to force a new furnace on you. I wont go anywhere else becuz I have had them work on our furnaces for years at a house in town and Now in the country. Highly Recommend. Greg and his crew are great.
They are the BEST !!! You won't be disappointed or taken advantage of ! They take care of there customers for the long haul !!!!
