I got into a fender bender mid August.I scheduled my apt. right after it happened and the earliest hoffman could do was Dec. 19, 4 months after.It was cosmetic work so I said ok.Dropped off my car on the 19th of Dec & went back the next day to see about when it will be done.Was told the earliest it can be completed would be Jan 4th since they took on extra cars + it's the holiday.I said I had an apt.My car should be prioritized since I waited 4 months for the scheduled apt.Called back in Jan. 2 for an update.They stated they... read more
Poor knowledge of their product! Went in to look at their cars on 7/3/08 with knowledge in hand obtained from the Internet. The salesperson didn't know as much as I did about the vehicle I wanted to buy, which I intended to do that day. The Manager walked around totally disinterested and oblivious because too busy talking on cellphone. As a result, I left and went to another Ford dealership and bought my vehicle within 90 minutes.

don't recommend this dealer Hoffman Ford is not a dealership I recommend. I think they are overpriced and really wont give you the best deal around. Their selection is large, but they may only have a couple of some models around. I think the salespeople can be pushy and some seem to be less than trustworthy. Their advertising campaign is just painful and hasnt changed in years - the commercials are AWFUL! I steer clear of this dealership for multiple reasons.
unwilling with poor credit or upside down loans We wanted to trade our car in & tack the extra $3k to our new loan on a car of $17k. They flat out told us they would not do that... the funny thing about this too, when the manager greeted me, he said what seemed to be a motto "yes we can". Worked with 3 different salespersons, was not satisfied with any of their customer service skills. My husband & I did not feel wanted, as if they tried to shew us out the door.
