I was at Webster Dental today to see Dr. Nelson. The day before the front teeth of my partial broke off. I was delighted the staff gave me an appt. the very next morning. After assessing the situation and taking an impression of my upper and lower teeth, Dr. Nelson sent me over to Ed Campbell's Dental Lab to fix my partial. One day service is A+ in my book. I was extremely grateful for this excellent service.

My favorite dental hygienist is Donna. The vast majority of the time I have her. Been coming to her for a very long time. My dentist I usually see is Dr. Nelson but at this visit I saw Dr. Gary. Everyone is very professional and personable.
I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned and appreciate how flexible you all are with fitting me into the schedule. Love the baking soda cleaning and find it really makes my teeth feel extra clean!
Visited the Hoffman Estates office of Webster Dental and was amazed at the knowledgeable, professional and friendly people I encountered - a winning combination. Excellent customer service from Tami; my hygienist Robin was likely one of the best I ever had the pleasure of meeting - and many thanks to Dr. Nemanich for his exceptional knowledge and ability to quickly "decode" and provide in "layman's terms" a comprehensive assessment of my dental health. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
Sarah did great job cleaning my teeth. She was very efficient and carefully explained the whole process to me. She pays attention to detail and does not waste any time. I look forward to my next dental cleaning with Sarah at the Webster Dental in Hoffman Estates.
