Marty and service team are great! Been dealing with them for years.
This was the worst experience I ever had with trust and experience I would never deal with them again they sold me a vehicle That was supposed to tow a trailer they lied to me when the manager and Whitney will no longer there when I went back to speak to them about it and now they won't do nothing and I have a trailer I can't tow worst experience I've ever had in my life recommend booking somewhere else
I walked in and asked if they could change my oil and they took me right in. I waited a little over an hour, and it was done. Had the tires rotated also and the price was good. They have always taken good care of me and are honest and fair. I'll continue to be a customer.
The technician found a brake pad sensor damaged by a rodent. When the part came in the dealership scheduled it for repair the next day. I had a change in plans for the day and contacted Marty in service and he was able to fit me in when I arrived back in Hagerstown. Really appreciate the extra effort by Marty to adjust the service appointment. Great job!!!
The service was easy to schedule, I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before, I received an update on how the service was going and then I was notified the service had been completed. It took a whole three minutes to pay for service and pick up my vehicle.
