I was VERY pleased with our visit from my Hoffer serviceman today. My representative took the time to figure out a problem that we have been complaining about for quite a while. He then fully explained what he had done and how to fix it. I apologize for not remembering his name after he had introduced himself to me. The visit was today - April 24th 11 am.
We have been a customer of Hoffers Pest Control for over 27 years. We recently moved and moving in itself is difficult enough. We very much appreciated the extra assistance provided by the Hoffer team. Alan Hamel was outstanding. He handled everything necessary with our prior home and conducted the intial treatment of our new home. We are new to this neighborhood & how comforting to have a company we can rely on.
