Absolutely an office and location to recommend!! Being that that we are new to this city and a long time years with our previous Ortho it was a bit scary to see the expectations this office can bring. Just started treatment for my daughter a few months ago and we are fairly very new but I must say so far so good! Customer service is key behind them falls everyone else. The staff is friendly and always so helpful. Whenever I have had a question or concern, they have been right on the spot with answers and assistance. My daughter's teeth look great and it was at an affordable price. No hidden agenda or fees. The best in the area for cost and service! Highly recommended!
When I first got there they were so kind,and they knew what they were doing.They are the best dentist I have ever been to and they take great care of me.
I had such nice consultation today with my daughter! The communication before ( phone calls, email and texts) and during consultation was awesome! It was nice to experience such professionalism and courtesy! My daughter is also excited about earning points through the “Dr. Hoff’s Awesome Adventure Club!” By earning points she can earn gift cards from several places!! I totally recommend checking this office out!!
When I was 15 years old, Dr. Hoff was my orthodontist at his old San Bernardino office and as a 33 year old now, I’m still wearing the same smile he gave me and confidently. I only have fond memories of his office and staff. I recommend him to anyone.
The staff is amazing!! They were all so kind and welcoming! I look forward to my next visit!
