Hoffpauir comes across as a landscaping expert, however in our case he was totally incapable of performing and or delivering a high quality product, and following through on what he stated he would accomplish. Despite our constantly having to point out obvious defects associated with his work, he was incapable of actually professionally finishing any aspect of it. Stop doing shoddy work and cursing your clients because you don’t want to fix your shoddy work. And then walking off an unfinished job telling the client IT’S YOUR PROBLEM NOW
Timeline was way off, instead 2 days job was 2 weeks. Lance did not know how to do it properly - the results are very bed, not even surface, grout is popping up between stones. We need to find other company to correct patio. Lance promise he will come beck after Christmas, but he didn't show up. Very poor job!
