Eric and his staff always go above and beyond. I have gone here for years -almost 2 decades! Having some of my mother's pieces redone for her children and grandchildren - a little tough sentimentally - but Eric made me feel good about the decisions we made (even when I was on the verge of tears). I had my mom's old ring resized here. They went above and beyond my expectations, and made me feel very comfortable about leaving such a priceless item with them. The end product was gorgeous and very reasonably priced.
